Reporting to the Executive Director - International Education and Enterprise Solutions, this newly created position will be responsible for providing Institute-wide strategic leadership in all aspects of Holmesglen’s engagement with business and industry, and providing oversight and management of the business units within the Office.

The General Manager role will operationalise Holmesglen’s Industry Engagement Strategy 2021-2023 and support the operational requirements of the Office for Industry and Engagement through the coordination and supervision of resources necessary to achieve strategic industry engagement initiatives.

We are seeking applications from leaders with the ability to think and act strategically and lead and manage people and teams.  You will also have the ability to initiate and manage industry partnerships and strategic alliances.

Salary: $155,000 p.a. + 9.5% super + annual leave loading.
Time Fraction: Full time, 1.0 EFT.
Location: Chadstone Campus.
Position Status: 2 year Contract of Employment.
