The Allied Health Services and Science Department provides a progressive, innovative and supportive teaching environment with strong industry links.

We are currently seeking applications for a teacher to develop delivery and assessment tools, and deliver quality education and training at our Moorabbin campus. You will participate in all facets of the learning process from course enquiry and advice to assessing and determining the educational and training requirements of students.

Essential requirements are:

• Relevant industry qualification - Certificate III in Health Services Assistance
• Relevant and current work experience within a hospital environment - Patient Services Attendant and/or Operating Theatre Technician specialisation preferred
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40116); or
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40110) including the units TAELLN411 & TAEASS502.
• Highly developed communication skills
• A proven ability to work independently and within a small team 

Salary: $73,027 - $103,540 p.a. pro rata (range dependent upon qualifications and experience) + 9.5% superannuation and annual leave loading.
Time Fraction: 1.0 EFT, Full Time.
Location: Moorabbin Campus
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining a Working with Children Check.
Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
Position Status: Contract of Employment 31 December 2021.
